From its inception in 2003, ECafrique and its members have played a leading role in expanding access to EC across the continent. We encourage dialogue among key stakeholders thorough our widely disseminated newsletter, support global networking and information-sharing, facilitate the registration of a dedicated EC product in several countries, support innovative service delivery interventions, and conducted ground-breaking operations research.
The network currently consists of over 1000 individuals and institutions, and is represented in nearly 90% of countries in Africa. |
